The request to complete your online self-paced course can be done via website, email or WhatsApp. You can also submit the form available on our website with the course details, syllabus, rubrics, etc. Once you contact us, the customer support will reach out to you for the extensive details of your course, analyse the complexity of the course, list down the number of tasks available within the course and provide a tentative timeline of the overall course completion.

The student is expected to provide the course details of the modules available, the tasks that are to be completed, rubric which is important for the scoring system, and credentials of the course to check the IT requirements if any.
Review period
The expert reviews various aspects of the course once the details are provided to us. This includes the complexity of the course, amount of time required to complete each assignment or final exam, the softwares that would be needed to complete the exams or assignments, the due dates of the schedule of all the tasks within each module of the course. If there are any queries from the expert side, they will reach out to the students for clarifications within 24 hours of submission of the course details.
